Ambrose Construct Group in Cairns is seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our insurance repair team. You will estimate, schedule and supervise repairs, manage jobs from start to finish, and work closely with the Construction Manager to deliver quality outcomes.

We value client service and collaboration, requiring you to build strong relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction is essential.
• Willingness to obtain a QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Current White Card and Driver Licence.
• Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
• Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs.
• Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Construction Manager.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Meet and exceed KPIs using our industry-leading systems.
