The ideal candidate has around 5 years of residential estimating experience, with a preference for townhouse/medium density knowledge and strong attention to detail. Databuild familiarity is highly valued for project delivery.

An opportunity currently exists for an Estimator to join the team supporting the Projects team and working on 10-20 pack townhouse projects.
