The ideal candidate has around 5 years of residential estimating experience, with a preference for townhouse/medium density knowledge and strong attention to detail. Databuild familiarity is highly valued for project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in residential estimating.
- Experience with townhouse or medium density highly regarded.
- Databuild experience.
- Strong eye for detail and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
