Job summary

Nexus Project Group is seeking an Estimator Compliance Manager to join its national team. The role supports reviewing assessment reports and SOWs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with insurer requirements and industry standards.

You’ll help develop the estimating team through constructive feedback and participate in site assessments as needed. This is a nationwide position based from one of our offices with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance building estimation or audit roles.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and insurer PDS requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach.
• Ability to give clear, constructive feedback to estimators.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site assessments.
• Experience with Prime and insurer/client portals.

Responsibilities

• Review assessment reports and SOWs to ensure standards meet company, insurer, and legislative requirements.
• Provide constructive, practical feedback to estimators in office and on site.
• Monitor and log compliance trends and contribute to internal reporting.
• Identify training opportunities and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Attend site visits during peak periods to support assessments and maintain compliance.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are audit-ready at all times.
• Keep up to date with building code changes, insurer PDS updates, and industry requirements.
