Job summary

Beaumont Tiles is seeking an experienced National Estimating Team Leader to drive a high-performing national function. You will lead five onshore estimators and an offshore provider, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Residential Customer Service Manager, this role blends technical estimating expertise with people leadership and continuous improvement to elevate estimating quality across the business.

Qualifications

• Technically credible estimating professional.
• Experience leading estimators and developing capability.
• Experience using KPIs, audits and data to improve performance.
• Ability to coach underperformance and build capability.
• Experience leading remote, offshore or outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of estimators.
• Build capability across onshore and offshore resources.
• Ensure accurate and timely estimating outcomes.
• Monitor quality, productivity, turnaround times and rework metrics.
• Use KPIs, audits and performance data to identify improvements.
• Establish clear standards, processes and quality controls.
• Support and coach team members through technical matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve estimating accuracy and outcomes.
• Work with Sales, Selections, Installation and Operations teams.
