Nexus Project Group in Adelaide is seeking a Construction Manager to lead our SA Commercial & Strata division. You will oversee complex repairs, mentor a team of Senior Estimators and Supervisors, and drive safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Based in Adelaide, this senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, requiring 7–10+ years in construction leadership, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of construction leadership or project management experience.
• Experience in commercial and strata projects; insurance exposure is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Confident leader with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project or Smartsheet) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver complex, higher-value commercial and strata repairs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Senior Estimators and Supervisors.
• Set the bar for quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Drive the division’s commercial performance – from margin control to pricing strategy.
• Represent Nexus with professionalism and build trusted client relationships.
• Champion scheduling, workflow and process excellence.
