Job summary

Treadwell Group is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead estimating activities for FRP and composite structural solutions. You will combine team leadership with hands-on involvement in complex estimates, helping translate customer requirements into accurate, competitive and commercially sound proposals.

Reporting to Sales and the Managing Director, you will lead a team of 5 based in the Philippines. The role offers the opportunity to improve estimating methods, build capability and strengthen

Qualifications

• Strong estimating experience in fabrication and structural products.
• Ability to interpret drawings and assess cost implications.
• Experience leading people, organising workloads and meeting deadlines.
• FRP experience and familiarity with estimating tools is advantageous.
• Proven experience communicating with clients and coordinating cross‑functional inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating activities for FRP and composite structural solutions.
• Oversee team workload, resources and quality across deadlines.
• Coordinate technical, supplier and commercial inputs for submissions.
• Review quantities, costs, labor allowances and pricing recommendations.
• Clarify requirements with clients and coordinate engineering input as needed.
• Strengthen templates, systems and review practices to improve accuracy and turnaround.
