Job summary

Treadwell Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead a team of five (based in the Philippines) and to drive the estimating, tendering and proposal process for FRP and composite structural solutions. The role blends leadership with hands-on estimation work to translate customer requirements into accurate, competitive proposals that meet commercial goals.

You will report to the Sales team and Managing Director and will have a key role in coordinating across Sales, Engineering,

Qualifications

Strong estimating experience in fabrication, structural products, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure supply or a related sector.
Sound technical judgment interpreting drawings and specifications and assessing cost implications.

Responsibilities

Allocate estimating resources, set priorities, coach team members and maintain quality across deadlines.
Oversee submissions from initial scope review through to completion, coordinating technical, supplier and commercial inputs.
Check quantities, material costs, labor allowances, assumptions, exclusions and risks. Review pricing within approval limits.
Work with Sales and clients to clarify requirements and coordinate Engineering input for design development or approval.
Strengthen estimating templates, systems and review practices to improve accuracy, consistency and turnaround.
Ensure awarded work transfers to delivery teams with clear scope, cost assumptions and risks.
