Treadwell Group Pty Ltd in Adelaide, SA seeks an experienced estimating manager to oversee the estimating department, drive KPIs, and align work with company goals. You will coach a team, prepare detailed cost estimates, and implement standards across the estimating process.

We value strong technical knowledge, PlanSwift and Autodesk proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, sales, procurement and planning to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or construction management.
• Experience creating concept designs and detailed cost estimates.
• Minimum 2+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of AS1657/AS1428.1/AS2156 (relevant standards).
• Proficient in PlanSwift and Autodesk estimating tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee estimating department to meet KPIs and goals.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and hours for components.
• Develop and enforce estimating standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, planning and PM teams.
• Submit weekly performance reports to management.
• Liaise with engineers and sales for complex inquiries.
