Job summary

Bunnings Australia is seeking an Estimating Manager for the Minto Frame & Truss operation, leading the estimating team and overseeing plans through to production. You will partner with Commercial Sales, Customer Engagement and Manufacturing to ensure commitments are practical and delivered.

You will develop capability, ensure accurate quotations, manage workloads and drive safety and continuous improvement in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in frame and truss estimating, detailing or related manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop technical teams.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction plans accurately.
• Strong numerical capability with experience preparing quotations and costings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the estimating team to build capability.
• Plan and allocate estimating projects to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Oversee quotations and costings balancing customer outcomes with margin.
• Monitor performance, risks and provide reporting on service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engg, and Manufacturing to deliver outcomes.
