Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation process for construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, accurate estimates.
• Interpret plans, specs, and requirements to develop cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment and overhead.
• Use industry-standard estimation software to prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing data.
• Assist Construction Managers with planning activities.
• Review bids and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
