SYNERGY CONSTRUCT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Cost Planner based in Adelaide.

You will shape projects from initial estimates through to contract award, driving profitability with robust cost planning and procurement strategies for landmark CBD high-rise builds. You will lead high-value tenders, collaborate with design and site teams, and engage with clients and subcontractors to secure best-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in estimating, procurement and/or cost planning.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset and a strong team orientation.
• Ability to thrive autonomously and in pressure-filled timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with design, site and client teams.
• Experience managing procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Establish work-winning and procurement strategies to improve profitability.
• Contribute to winning Design and Construct bids, including large-scale projects ($100M–$250M).
• Execute alternative bids and propose value management initiatives.
• Produce accurate high-level estimates and detailed cost plans.
• Manage procurement of local and overseas subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with site and design teams to align cost outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
