Weeks Homes in Adelaide is seeking a Production Estimating Manager to lead the estimating workflow for residential projects. You will manage resources, budgets and a high performing team to ensure accurate cost estimates and on-time delivery.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with procurement and senior stakeholders, and coach the Estimating team to raise performance while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an estimating team in residential construction.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cost control.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows, resources, purchase orders, and estimating budgets.
• Identify and resolve issues; drive process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Estimating team.
• Analyse estimating data, invoicing, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Procurement to maintain pricing structures.
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
