Job summary

The Learning Developer (For ESM, ServiceNow) at XPT Software Australia designs, develops, and maintains learning solutions that support adoption of ESM processes and technologies. You partner with SMEs, Change Team and stakeholders to create training materials and capability uplift initiatives that drive user readiness.

You will develop eLearning, simulations, videos with voice over, QRGs, guides, and design role-based learning pathways; you also support go-live and post-go-live learning

Qualifications

• Australian Citizen with ability to obtain police clearances.
• Mandatory: SAP Enable Now experience for learning content development.
• Experience creating digital learning solutions for large-scale transformations.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and content development skills.
• Desirable: Clipchamp experience; WalkMe Learning or similar tools.
• Desirable knowledge of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality learning solutions for ESM adoption.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Change Team and stakeholders to create engaging training.
• Develop eLearning, simulations, videos with voiceover, QRGs and guides.
• Design role-based learning pathways and training plans.
• Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live and post-go-live learning activities.
• Maintain and improve learning assets and knowledge resources.
