MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to coordinate enterprise ESG governance, policy oversight, and regulatory monitoring across the organisation. The role partners with Finance and Marketing to align statutory reporting and sustainability communications.

The successful candidate will lead the Sustainability & ESG Working Group, ensure regular board and ELT discussions on sustainability, and monitor emerging climate-related regulatory changes, including Modern

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability or governance or risk-related roles relevant to sustainability.
• Understanding of key sustainability reporting frameworks and standards and how the business is required to comply with them (AASB Climate-related Financial Disclosures; Modern Slavery; GRI Standards).
• Proficient in use of O365 applications.

Responsabilités

• Govern governance of sustainability & ESG across the organisation; ensure Board oversight and provide reports and training as required.
• Drive progress against sustainability goals with ELT and Board; track with business owners at ELT and Board meetings.
• Manage the Sustainability & ESG Working Group; provide secretariat, set agendas and follow up actions.
