Acumentis ESG is seeking an Associate Director, ESG to lead AASB S2 climate disclosures, liaise with clients, assurance providers, and third parties, and ensure timely board-ready outputs. The role demands deep expertise in climate reporting, governance, risk management, and assurance processes.

You will manage multi-workstream engagements across governance, strategy, risk, metrics and targets, coordinating data providers and ensuring standards-based calculations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sustainability reporting or climate risk
• Experience with limited or reasonable assurance over sustainability disclosures (ASSA 5010/5000 or ISAE 3000)
• Knowledge of AASB S2, Corporations Act sustainability reporting requirements, ISSB/TCFD frameworks behind them
• Understanding of greenhouse gas accounting (Scopes 1–3) and scenario analysis
• Track record of running multi-workstream engagements to deadline and budget
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• Lead AASB S2 climate disclosure engagements from scoping through to board adoption
• Be the main contact between clients and assurance providers under ASSA 5010/5000
• Build evidence files, judgement logs and audit trails to support disclosures
• Coordinate emissions data providers and fold outputs into the disclosure
• Manage plans, timelines, budgets and team resourcing for engagements
• Identify follow-on work and introduce clients to wider Acumentis services
