Zusammenfassung

Macquarie is seeking a sustainability and climate reporting expert to advise on ES risk and regulatory disclosures in Australia. The role involves shaping the Group's reporting strategy, modelling climate scenarios, and guiding management on ESG risks and opportunities across deals and financing.

You will interact with senior stakeholders to embed advisory frameworks, align with ASRS, and support business planning with performance monitoring and internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience providing reporting advice for climate and sustainability frameworks (incl. ASRS).
• Forecasting and modelling experience, including scenario analysis.
• Experience doing environmental and social risk analysis in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert advice on sustainability reporting and ES risk for regulatory disclosures.
• Advise on climate reporting strategy for standalone funds within Wealth Management.
• Develop and embed sustainability reporting advisory frameworks and internal controls.
• Advise senior management on ESG risks, opportunities, regulatory requirements and trends.
• Carry out financial analysis of environmental and social risk across deals and financing.
• Act as subject matter expert on ESR matters across the business.
• Support climate scenario analysis and portfolio risk modelling.
• Advise on ESR in transactions and product contexts.
• Implement policies, systems and projects with program materials and training.
• Engage with stakeholders to support Macquarie's ESR approach.
• Monitor sustainability policy developments and reporting frameworks.
