Job summary

EY Australia is seeking a Manager for Climate Change and Sustainability Services in Melbourne. You will lead a multidisciplinary team advising on ESG strategy, decarbonisation, and climate risk for ASX 200 clients, with flexibility for reduced hours.

You will deliver assurance of non-financial reporting, develop targets, and contribute to methodologies while guiding junior staff and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Professional services/consulting experience.
• Degree in engineering, maths or physics.
• Experience in climate change services and GHG accounting.
• Experience reporting and/or assurance of greenhouse gas emissions.
• Knowledge of NGER Act, Safeguard Mechanism, REC, ACCU.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multidisciplinary team to manage and report sustainability and climate risks and impacts.
• Deliver assurance of non-financial reporting including emissions reporting across sectors.
• Contribute to strategies, methods, and tools for regulatory navigation.
• Assist clients to develop sustainability targets and implementation plans.
• Lead climate scenario analysis and development of objectives.
