Responsibilities

• Become the group system expert for Epicor P21 and document processes.
• Configure and implement quotes, orders, and customer service workflows.
• Troubleshoot defects with IT and data teams.
• Develop and deliver user training and onboarding materials.
• Create SOPs and training content and run instructor-led sessions.
• Design test data and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate on process optimization and knowledge sharing.
