Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Training Lead to drive an ERP and HRIS transformation program. This hybrid Sydney-based role requires delivering enterprise-wide training strategies, establishing a dedicated training function, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and change.

Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms is highly desirable and strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading training workstreams on ERP and/or HRIS implementations.
• Ability to design and deliver training strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience managing training teams and coordinating large-scale learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while also overseeing delivery execution.
