Job summary

HCM Australia is partnered with a government organisation to appoint an ERP Program Manager. You will lead the establishment, mobilisation and delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation, overseeing planning, mobilisation, implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.

You will work with senior executives, delivery partners and stakeholders to drive governance, manage delivery outcomes and ensure successful ERP delivery within a complex, high-value program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering complex IT and/or business transformation programs within Australian Government.
• Proven experience delivering an ERP program for an Australian Government organisation.
• Extensive experience managing high-value, complex programs with competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience establishing program governance and managing delivery outcomes.
• Baseline clearance or the ability to gain

Responsibilities
