Job summary

O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team, driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a major ERP implementation.

You'll work with the Change Manager and subject-matter experts to develop change plans, coordinate activities, create communications, and track readiness, adoption metrics and risks to enable a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

To support this journey, we're seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs, you'll play a key role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.

• Conducting change impact and stakeholder assessments
• Supporting the development and delivery of change plans
• Coordinating change activities across multiple workstreams
• Developing communications, presentations and change resources
• Supporting stakeholder engagement workshops and feedback sessions
• Tracking readiness, adoption metrics, risks and reporting
