Job summary

O'Brien in Sydney is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team as we replace core Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain systems with a new ERP platform.

You will drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation, collaborating with Change Manager, leaders and SMEs to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

To support this journey, we're seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs, you'll play a key role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.

As our Change Analyst, you'll help drive change readiness, engagement and adoption across the business by:

  • Conducting change impact and stakeholder assessments
  • Supporting the development and delivery of change plans
  • Coordinating change activities across multiple workstreams
  • Developing communications, presentations and change resources
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement workshops and feedback sessionsTracking readiness, adoption metrics, risks and reporting
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
  • The ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for continuous improvement

Highly regarded:

  • Experience supporting ERP, technology or large-scale transformation programs
  • Exposure to change methodologies such as Prosci or APMG
  • Experience within operational, customer-facing or field-based environments
