Job summary

Shamir is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to optimise ERP systems supporting manufacturing, operations, logistics and finance. You will analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions, while ensuring data accuracy and system stability across Global IT and local stakeholders.

The role involves data cleansing, migration and transformation, plus supporting implementations and ongoing improvements in an international context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in information systems or ERP environments within manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Priority ERP a plus
• Strong understanding of production, supply chain, logistics, and finance processes
• Proven experience in data migration, data quality, and data management
• Highly analytical and process-driven with strong problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions
• Support ERP implementation and ongoing optimisation (non-development)
• Perform database analysis, maintenance, and updates
• Lead data cleansing, migration, and transformation activities
• Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding manufacturing data requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process consistency
• Execute and support projects driven by Global IT (HQ)
• Provide system support, troubleshooting and user training
• Act as liaison between Global IT and local stakeholders
• Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
