Job summary

PNB Consolidated seeks an experienced ERP/EDI Analyst to align technology with business needs across the organisation. You will manage ERP projects, configure and test systems, and support Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse teams.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving to improve efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate holds a IT/IS/CS degree or equivalent experience, with strong ERP/EDI knowledge, data migration skills, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and EDI solutions in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
• Experience with data migration, testing and QA for ERP projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Configure, implement, upgrade and test ERP/EDI systems.
• Analyze processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Provide ERP/EDI support to Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Contribute to ERP architecture and development in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage SQL environments and SSRS reporting.
• Support business process re-engineering and high-quality design.
• Build understanding of business operations to inform enhancements.
• Lead EDI onboarding and resolve EDI-related issues.
