Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a Senior Operations and PnL Associate to support a trading team focused on Equity Derivatives and ETFs. The role suits an experienced operations, trade support, or middle office professional with prior exposure to a global investment bank, fund manager, or trading firm.

You will manage daily P&L, reconciliations, and lifecycle controls, liaising with brokers and internal teams.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in financial services, with a middle office focus.
Strong knowledge of equities and equity derivatives, including options.
Experience with daily P&L and trade flow reconciliation.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Reconciliation of position, cash, and trade activity prior to Market open.
Reconcile front office estimates to prime broker reporting.
Analyze accruals including capital and interest charges, expenses, and commissions.
Price validation of end-of-day trader prices.
Liaise with external parties to resolve position/cash discrepancies.
Contribute to system improvements to streamline daily processes.
Support business growth into new products and markets.
Work with legal and compliance for onboarding new relationships.
Support desk to effectively manage margin obligations.
Maintain and manage operational processes per regulatory framework.
