Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in client data and documentation.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management environments is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of financial advice processes and markets is desirable.
• Experience with broking platforms or Praemium is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all administrative client queries.
• Support client onboarding and record creation in firm systems.
• Maintain client accounts/records in line with AML/CTF and KYC rules.
• Manage IPO and corporate action allocations.
• Prepare client valuations, asset allocations, and reporting.
• Assist in client asset transfers domestically and internationally.
• Process and monitor stock settlements and follow up on funds.
• Prioritise adviser requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with planning for client events and logistics.
• Provide ad hoc translations for marketing purposes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-training and process improvement initiatives.
