Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an equity markets focused Client Services Associate for Melbourne on an initial 12-month contract. The role sits in the Wealth Management Operations team, supporting client offboarding, asset transfers including CHESS sponsorship, and maintaining data integrity for local and overseas stakeholders.

Proficient Excel skills and a solid understanding of trade life-cycle are advantageous.

Qualifications

• RG146 – if not held, requirement to study towards.
• Recognised industry studies with financial markets experience (asset transfer/sponsorship would be highly regarded).
• Awareness of regulatory rules (ASX, AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS) and their application.
• Understanding of portfolio management platforms (e.g., Praemium) and related tools.
• Client Service Manager experience not mandatory but highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily processes and SLAs are met within timeframes.
• Maintain high-performance culture and excellent service for internal/external clients; support admin projects.
• Provide exceptional client service support to internal and external clients.
• Liaise with various departments to execute client static updates within SLAs.
• Coordinate with processing centre and uphold operations quality and accuracy.
• Manage client migration and position transfers including CHESS sponsorship.
