Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Truganina, near Melbourne, is seeking a customer-focused team member for a Permanent Full-Time role, with a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm schedule and a competitive base salary with opportunities for career progression.

You will support customers in person, over the phone and via email, prepare hire schedules, quotes and invoices, and coordinate deliveries and liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth equipment solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing high-volume environments.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and understand technical information.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in person, over the phone and via email.
• Prepare hire schedules, quotes and invoicing.
• Allocate equipment and liaise with the workshop.
• Coordinate deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs and breakdowns.
• Occasionally assist in the yard with loading equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers to support customer needs.
