Job summary

Enqip is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the daily workflow of our environmental equipment hire operations in Victoria. You will coordinate bookings, equipment availability, transport and stock, while liaising with customers, suppliers and management to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

Key duties include processing hire requests, planning for upcoming needs, handling invoicing and reporting, and coordinating staff timetables.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer equipment hire requests and bookings
• Coordinating equipment availability, preparation, returns and dispatch
• Forward planning for upcoming customer hire and sales requirements
• Booking and managing transport services
• Managing long‑term hire contracts and resolving day‑to‑day operational issues
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering consumables, equipment and other supplies
• Receiving and processing goods into our system
• Coordinating equipment service and maintenance programs
• Assisting with weekly invoicing and ensuring completed jobs are invoiced promptly
• Assisting with end‑of‑month reporting and financial administration
• Coordinating staff timetables to ensure appropriate business coverage
• No two days will be exactly the same, and there will always be opportunities to identify a better way of doing things.
