Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Mudgee is seeking a customer service professional to be the first point of contact for customers at our branch. You will help deliver excellent service for equipment hire solutions and ensure smooth interactions across in-person, phone and email channels.

You will handle hire schedules, quotes and invoicing, with opportunities to learn about equipment and operations while supporting colleagues in the yard as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
• Capability to learn and absorb technical information.
• A desire to provide amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Address customer needs in person, by phone and email.
• Generate hire schedules, quotes and invoicing.
• Occasionally assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers to support customers.
