Job summary

Coates in Mudgee is seeking a Permanent Full Time Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers at our branch. You’ll help with equipment solutions, respond to inquiries in person, by phone and email, and coordinate hire schedules.

The role offers a Monday to Friday roster with two shift options, a competitive base salary, and opportunities for development and career progression. You may also assist with deliveries, transfers and basic invoicing.

Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and absorb technical information.
• General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email.
• Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing.
• Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs and pump runs.
• Occasional yard assistance with loading equipment.
• Liaising with suppliers to support customers.
