Job summary

Acrow is seeking a hands-on Hire Coordinator in Campbelltown, NSW. You will manage equipment bookings, coordinate external transport providers, and maintain operational schedules to support the Yard Manager in preparing gear for hire.

You'll work closely with customers, riggers, transport providers, the Yard Manager and workshop staff to ensure efficient allocation, timely transport and delivery in line with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in hire coordination, fleet scheduling or transport logistics.
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and external transport providers.
• Strong organisational and forward-planning skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Confident communicator with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate customer hire enquiries, bookings and equipment requirements.
• Maintain daily and forward hire schedules ensuring allocation aligns with availability.
• Coordinate external transport providers for equipment deliveries, collections and transfers.
• Obtain transport pricing, confirm bookings and issue purchase orders.
• Manage changes to bookings, extensions, cancellations and urgent requirements.
• Monitor upcoming hires and equipment movements for availability.
