Job summary

Coates in Rocklea is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will support day-to-day branch operations and ensure seamless service experiences across in-person, phone and email inquiries.

You'll coordinate quotes, hire agreements and invoices, manage equipment deliveries and transfers, and work closely with suppliers, drivers and branch colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, administration, contact centre or similar).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Preparing quotes, hire agreements and invoices
• Coordinating equipment deliveries, collections and transfers
• Managing customer enquiries and providing equipment solutions
• Working closely with suppliers, drivers and branch teams
• Supporting operational activities to ensure smooth branch performance
• Occasionally assisting customers and team members in the yard when required
