Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a confident, sales-focused Product Specialist for Electrophysiology in Adelaide, SA. You will partner with clinicians to drive adoption of innovative EP technologies and deliver educational programs to strengthen clinical capability across Australia.

In this full-time, permanent role you will own the territory, develop relationships with healthcare professionals, and contribute to improved patient outcomes through advanced cardiac care solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Electrophysiology experience and knowledge of EP procedures and technologies.
• Hunter mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Clinical background in EP or cardiac care is advantageous.
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory with a bold sales plan and target high-value opportunities.
• Hunt for new business across hospitals and EP labs and close deals.
• Convince stakeholders with clinical and commercial value to accelerate adoption of EP portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with electrophysiologists, cath lab leaders, procurement, and decision-makers.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle, maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with Clinical Specialists to align case coverage and education.
• Provide market and competitor insights to sharpen strategy and growth.
