Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to join the Electrophysiology Team in Sydney. You will provide expert procedural coverage for complex EP cases and support training for junior specialists while collaborating with Sales & Marketing to drive opportunities.

The role requires a clinical background in EP, leadership capability, and a strong track record in new technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• EP Cardiac technician background or IBHRE certification within 12 months.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical role.
• Strong understanding of electrophysiology and catheters.
• Leadership with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support on electrophysiology cases.
• Lead training sessions and mentor in-field teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and technologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations to healthcare professionals.
• Support sales efforts by identifying clinical opportunities.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.
