Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience within Employer of Record (EOR), workforce solutions, recruitment, or related industries.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving growth targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Based in Perth or willing to work from the Perth location.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new EOR business opportunities within target markets and industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their workforce requirements.
• Present and promote EOR solutions that align with client objectives and compliance requirements.
• Build, maintain, and progress a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
• Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and support contract discussions with clients.
• Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
