Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Contracts Owner for a Perth-based role within a leading Oil and Gas operator. This 12-month contract offers an opportunity to influence maintenance contracts across multiple assets and enhance safety, performance and cost efficiency.

The role focuses on contract governance, KPI management, and financial stewardship, working closely with asset teams and contractors to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitator, organised and communication skills.
• Experience across Maintenance, Supply Chain, Contracting, Major Capital Projects, Management and Site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance contracts performance, governance and management.
• Implement contract strategies to improve safety, performance and cost efficiency.
• Drive contractor performance through contract administration, KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective relationships with contractors, asset teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead contractor performance reviews and governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with Contractor Safety and Operational Excellence Management Processes and drive HSE and performance improvements.
• Provide financial stewardship of contracts including cost control, budgeting, invoicing and alignment with plans.
• Support pre-award and post-award activities including bid strategy development, bid assessments, negotiations, approvals and governance documentation.
