Job summary

EY in Perth is seeking a Director to lead Workforce Advisory and Market Growth within the People Consulting practice. You will drive business development, build executive client relationships, and shape workforce transformation initiatives for major Australian clients in the resources sector.

The role is hybrid, based in Boorloo – Perth or Meanjin – Brisbane, with flexibility on hours and potential national scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and revenue growth within a Big4 or professional services environment.
• Strong networks with WA market stakeholders and the ability to develop executive-level relationships.
• Experience leading discussions on workforce transformation, leadership, culture and change management.
• Commercial acumen including deal shaping, pricing and negotiations.
• Understanding of workforce challenges, AI adoption, workforce analytics and future of work.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of EY's People Consulting practice with go-to-market strategies and market presence.
• Lead opportunity identification, pursuit and conversion; build a strong pipeline and client propositions.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders to deliver strategic insights.
• Expand EY footprint within existing clients across consulting, tax, strategy & transactions, risk and assurance.
• Represent EY in market forums and thought leadership initiatives to build brand and market leadership.
• Coach and develop high-performing consulting teams and oversee governance of client engagements.
