Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead operations in Melbourne, driving team growth and delivering value for customers. You will oversee an expansive workforce, coordinate resources, and foster customer partnerships to meet challenging targets in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in logistics, experience with automated warehouses, and a track record of improving performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large operational teams in a 3PL warehouse or transport environment.
• Proven track record in delivering customer-focused supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of WMS systems, preferably Manhattan.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse or transport enviroment
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
