Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking enthusiastic Environmental Service Attendants to join our team across Nobu, Ging Thai, Koko and other venues. You’ll help maintain high standards in back-of-house operations, keeping areas clean, organized and ready for service.

This hands-on role suits individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are reliable. Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week on a 24/7 roster is preferred, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment.

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised.
• Clear rubbish, remove waste and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support chefs and kitchen teams during service periods.
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.

The Role

We'relooking for enthusiastic and dedicated Environmental Service Attendants(Kitchen Stewards) to join our team across a diverse portfolio of world-class hospitality venues, including Nobu, Ging Thai, Koko, and a variety of premium bars, restaurants, and event spaces

In this role, you'llhelpmaintainthe highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team.

What you'll do
