Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking enthusiastic Environmental Service Attendants to join our team across Nobu, Ging Thai, Koko and other venues. You’ll help maintain high standards in back-of-house operations, keeping areas clean, organized and ready for service.

This hands-on role suits individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are reliable. Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week on a 24/7 roster is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week across a 24/7 roster.
• Able to perform physical work, including standing, lifting and cleaning.
• A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment.
• Wash, polish and store dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised.
• Clear rubbish, remove waste and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support chefs and kitchen teams during service periods.
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
