Job summary

Crown Resorts in Melbourne is seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join back‑of‑house kitchens across our premium venues. As a Chef, you’ll help create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence.

This is a part‑time role on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. We offer complimentary meals, free laundered uniforms, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen.
• Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Following HACCP and food safety protocols.
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
