We're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy talking to others to join our Brisbane field sales team.

You don't need a sales background. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, events, sport, promotions, or you're simply someone who is outgoing, competitive and great with people — we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching, so we’ll teach you the sales side of the role.

What you’ll be doing

Your role is to:

• Speak face-to-face with homeowners and create genuine customer engagement
• Identify customers who may benefit from solar
• Book qualified appointments for our Solar Specialists
• Represent the RESINC brand professionally
• Work toward individual and team targets
• Receive regular coaching to improve your communication and sales skills
