Your Nurse Australia is seeking an entry-level Candidate Management Specialist to support healthcare candidates from initial enquiry through onboarding and ongoing shift bookings. You will engage candidates, understand their availability and preferences, coordinate onboarding with the compliance team, and match cleared workers to shifts based on location, qualifications and client requirements.

This role focuses on candidate management rather than new client sales, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, rostering or a contact centre.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
• Interest in healthcare or recruitment is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Contact applicants and existing candidates by phone, email and approved messaging channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to understand qualifications, experience, work preferences and availability.
• Source candidates through our database, job advertisements and referrals.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and help them access suitable work opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process.
• Collect required documents and coordinate outstanding requirements with the compliance team.
• Keep candidates informed about their onboarding progress.
• Confirm candidates are approved and clear to work before booking them into shifts.
• Match candidates to shifts based on their qualifications, experience, availability, location and client requirements.
• Contact available candidates promptly to fill open shifts.
