I'm In The Right in North Sydney is seeking an entry-level Customer Care & Claims Support Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing guidance during a stressful moment, with full training provided and no prior industry experience required.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing empathetic support, liaising with Insurance Providers, data entry, and escalating cases to Team Leaders when needed. Weekly pay and full-time hours offered.
