Job summary

Weploy is hiring friendly, customer-focused individuals to support PHI members with their insurance service needs. This role is fully remote for applicants based in Melbourne, with equipment pickup from Spring Street.

Youll handle inbound calls, assist with rate reviews, card orders, payments, rebates, and policy premiums, while delivering empathetic, clear guidance to members. Training over two weeks with ongoing support, stable Mon-Fri 8:30am–6:00pm shifts, 37.5 hours weekly, and a 3-month

Qualifications

• 6+ months contact centre experience
• Ability to handle high-volume / high-pressure calls
• Strong resilience and emotional maturity
• Empathy-first mindset
• Ability to explain complex information in simple language
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
• Coachability & ability to take feedback
• Commitment to full-time hours Monday–Friday
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce desirable)
• Private Health Insurance experience desirable
• Available to work 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities
