Chandler Macleod is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Lead to drive the agency’s enterprise planning function. You will consolidate workforce, financial and operational data to provide evidence-based insights for executive decisions and shape governance, methodologies and planning processes.

You will lead development of frameworks, governance and operating models, enabling a sustainable workforce planning capability across a large, complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise or strategic workforce planning functions.
• Experience developing workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and governance arrangements.
• Experience integrating workforce, operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Proven capability in workforce forecasting, scenario planning and workforce analytics.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings, recommendations and strategic advice.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience operating in a large, complex organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and ongoing management of the Agency's enterprise workforce planning framework and operating model.
• Integrate workforce demand, supply, capability, workforce mix, financial and operational data to develop a consolidated workforce position.
• Design and evaluate workforce planning scenarios, highlighting risks, impacts, assumptions and trade-offs.
• Provide strategic workforce planning advice and recommendations to senior executives.
• Prepare high-quality executive briefings, position papers and reports to support informed decision-making.
• Establish and maintain governance arrangements, planning methodologies and assurance processes.
• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify workforce challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Support organisational workforce forecasting, capability planning and workforce investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workforce planning maturity and organisational capability.
