Cognizant is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager - Digital Transformation to source, shape and close transformative opportunities across APAC, focusing on strategic deals valued at $10M+. • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales or complex services sales.
• Proven success in originating, shaping and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience leading consultative, outcome-based sales motions with executive stakeholders.
• Strong experience navigating long, multi-party procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit and closure of complex enterprise opportunities valued at $10M+, with multi-year scope.
• Develop transformation-led account strategies linking client priorities to measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior leaders as a trusted advisor on digital transformation.
• Shape demand and co-create business cases with clients and partners.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations including non-standard terms.
