Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams in Workday Adaptive implementations. You will guide design sessions, configure and test solutions, and lead project workstreams across FP&A domains.

You will mentor consultants, support client engagements, and contribute to sales discovery and RFP responses, helping ensure successful transformation and operations post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Workday Adaptive or any other planning tool implementation experience.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A as a user or implementer.

Responsibilities

• Be a Workday Adaptive expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions.
• Lead, mentor and oversee other consultants on projects.
• Support sales with estimation, discovery and client interactions.
• Identify dependencies and manage cross-workstream alignment.
• Act as SME in FP&A and drive project direction and quality.
